No legal entity has been registered yet. This policy describes how this specific tool handles data. The operator must supply the entity name, address and jurisdiction before this document binds anyone. Until then, treat this as an operational description, not a legal contract.

What this tool collects

Nothing. CommsCrisis runs entirely in your browser. The incident facts you enter into the form are processed by JavaScript on your own machine and are never transmitted to a server. There is no backend, no API, no database, and no analytics service.

Cookies

This site does not set or use cookies. No tracking, no sessions, no persistent identifiers of any kind.

Local storage

The tool does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or any other browser storage mechanism. No data persists between page loads or browser sessions.

Third-party services

This page loads web fonts from Google Fonts (Space Grotesk, Source Sans 3, IBM Plex Mono). Google may record your IP address when the fonts are requested. No other third-party service is used.

Data sharing

Because no data is collected, no data is shared, sold, or transferred. The text you enter and the drafts generated remain on your device until you close or reload the page, at which point they are discarded.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. No other notification will be sent because there is no mechanism to send one.
