What this tool is

CommsCrisis is a browser-based tool that generates draft incident communication text from facts you supply. It does not send, store, or transmit anything. It produces text for a human to review and publish.

What you are responsible for

You are solely responsible for:

Reviewing drafts before sending them to any audience
Verifying that the generated text accurately reflects the current state of the incident
Complying with your own legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations regarding incident communication, including any SLA commitments or data breach notification requirements
Ensuring that any draft you send is factually accurate at the time of sending

No legal advice

CommsCrisis does not provide legal advice. The generated drafts are operational communication templates. They do not constitute admissions, legal notices, or binding commitments. Consult your legal team before including SLA credits, regulatory disclosures, or liability statements.

No warranty

This tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The draft templates are deterministic and reflect only what you entered. The operator makes no representation that the drafts are suitable for any particular purpose, including regulatory compliance, contractual notification, or crisis communication under any specific jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this tool, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on generated draft text, regardless of whether the operator was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because no data is collected, stored, or transmitted by this tool, no claims relating to data loss, data breach, or data processing can arise.

Billing

The product is free. CommsCrisis is a browser-only tool with no accounts, no backend, no stored data, and no per-use cost. There is no paid tier and no billing relationship of any kind. No payment information is requested or stored.

If a billing relationship becomes necessary in the future (for example, if the product is extended with server-side features that a paid tier could justify), this page will be updated and pricing will be published on the Pricing page before any charges are introduced.

No payment processor is active. Nothing on this site processes, accepts, or stores any payment data.

No accounts, no stored data

This tool does not create accounts, maintain user profiles, store incident records, or retain history. Everything you enter is processed in your browser and discarded when you close or reload the page. There is nothing to terminate, suspend, or export.

Changes

These terms may be updated when a legal entity is registered or when the product changes materially. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Governing law

No governing law is specified because no jurisdiction has been registered for this business. The operator must supply this information before these terms become legally binding.
